It will be integrated into the Aviation Service of the National Security Committee
The Republic of Kazakhstan has committed to increasing its Airbus C295 fleet with the signing of a contract for the acquisition of a third aircraft in transport configuration for the Aviation Service of the National Security Committee, thus reinforcing its long history of collaboration with Airbus Defense and Space.
This new order follows the recent delivery of its second C295, acquired in early 2023, and underlines the operator’s satisfaction with this multi-purpose tactical transport aircraft and its associated services.
The Aviation Service’s first C295 was delivered in 2020 and has accumulated almost 2,000 flight hours in day and night operations in the most demanding weather conditions in the country.
The signing of the contract took place at the Airbus Defense and Space facilities in Seville.
