The company expands the integration of its compliance system
The aeronautical company Pegasus Aero Group has obtained the 1961 Criminal Compliance and 13001 Anti-Bribery Management System certifications issued by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR), proof of its recognition of transparency in management policies and commitment to ethical values, transparency and integrity, avoiding behavior related to corruption.
The UNE 19601 Compliance Management Systems standard is the national standard aimed at reducing the organization’s exposure to criminal risk and promoting a culture of crime prevention and ISO 37001 is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), aiming to provide a robust framework to help organizations prevent, detect and address corruption in all its forms. This certification will also reinforce its implemented good governance system.
In this sense, Pegasus Aero Group also promotes among its professionals respect for the law and the company’s regulations, through periodic training directed by the Company’s Compliance area, in order to eradicate any irregular behavior. Likewise, Pegasus Aero Group has an Ethical Channel to channel complaints of improper conduct.
In addition, Pegasus Aero Group has been a member since 2023 of the Spanish Compliance Association (ASCOM), in line with its commitment to promoting and defending the values of professional ethics. These certifications ratify the company’s important commitment to all its stakeholders, reflecting trust and transparency.
