CT continues to grow, and after the purchase of the German AST Engineering – now CT Software Engineering – it moves its headquarters in Munich to a larger office located in the Hatrium complex in Unterhaching, which will house all its teams
CT, a leading engineering company in technological innovation throughout the entire product life cycle, moves its headquarters in Munich to the Hatrium office complex in Unterhaching. The move to larger facilities has been driven by the growth of the teams, as a result of the acquisition in 2020 of the German company AST Engineering and the forecast of hires that reinforce the engineering and software activity.
“Our decision on the location has been based primarily on the standards of the Hatrium offices, owned by the Schwaiger Group, equipped with the latest technology. In addition to the suitability of the location that allows us to create synergies with other neighboring technology companies, we have taken advantage of the potential of the facilities to create a comfortable, modern environment, adapted to both the needs of our employees and the requirements of our customers “, explains Francisco Marín, Country Manager of CT in Germany
The new facilities, with an area of 1000 m2, have a distribution of open spaces, including several open work areas, meeting rooms, training rooms, as well as leisure. The facilities seek to offer employees a safe, optimal and modern work environment. Although the office is prepared to house more than 80 people, employee safety, flexibility and work-life balance continue to be fundamental pillars of activity in Munich, where more than 70% of the workforce continues to telework, coexisting with the different modalities of job.
The Hatrium building complex in which CT operates also aspires to obtain the LEED Platinum green building label thanks to its sustainable nature, which includes, among other things, the supply of geothermal energy.
With this new location, the company reinforces its position in the national market as one of the main European suppliers of high technology engineering and R & D & i. The CT group has several offices in Germany and an important team of engineers that provide engineering and R&D services to Airbus Defense and Space, Airbus Helicopters, and other leading companies.
