The Republic of Kazakhstan has committed to increasing its Airbus C295 fleet with the signing of a contract for the acquisition of a third aircraft in transport configuration for the Aviation Service of the National Security Committee, thus reinforcing its long history of collaboration with Airbus Defense and Space.<\/p>\n
This new order follows the recent delivery of its second C295, acquired in early 2023, and underlines the operator’s satisfaction with this multi-purpose tactical transport aircraft and its associated services.<\/p>\n
The Aviation Service’s first C295 was delivered in 2020 and has accumulated almost 2,000 flight hours in day and night operations in the most demanding weather conditions in the country.<\/p>\n
